Gym stuff and 4 miles.

There's a guy at the gym who runs on the treadmill but doesn't pick up his feet all the way or something so the soles of his shoes squeak against the belt with every step. For 40 minutes. Beginning at 6am.   >:( >:(

Does this bother you all month or just a few days once/month?   :>D:

6 super slow miles.  Aerobic/interval class at lunch.  The first time I did it, I thought I was going to have a heart attack.   :D

:D :D  It always bothers me but a few days each month it bothers me enough to remember to complain about it hours later!    :rotfl:

8 easy. Humidity creeping back up, but still much better than it has been.

Time to retire these shoes, my lower back is sore.

6 mile easy run. Warmer but still nice, especially in the shade.

The toe feels really good, you don't appreciate toes until you lose one.

9K late evening run.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
