Gym stuff and 4 miles. It was so nice and cool this morning. Perfect.
The cooler weather was so glorious that I had to stop myself from skipping. 5 miles, easy, but I was so happy about the weather that I had to really force myself to slow down so as not to beat up my legs.
Similarly, I had to force myself to stop at 4 miles. I was tempted to keep going, but I need the recovery day.
