hey everyone! new here and to running/eating healthy. decided to change my ways while im young ( 21 ) so i can live a better future. i traded in bars and beer with friends for running , hiking , and liftinng about 4 weeks ago. the last 2 weeks i have got big into running and ive made some decent progress i think..went from struggling to run a mile to now running 4 with an avg of 9.20 not taking any walking breaks at all.. and im working on bulking up too im 6'1 n only weigh 180 pounds.. goal is to hit 200 pounds with that extra 20lbs being nothing but muscle and running goal is really endless right now i just wanna keep getting a lower average and traveling longer distance. also track all my runs! anyways probably will see me around updating my progress.. heres the last 2 runs
