finished despite what i would consider a short stride due to tight hamstrings.
i try to stretch frequently and often but i don't really feel that my stride opens up until after a couple uphills.
hard to do until i increase my distance.

9 miles easy. Longest run of the year. Went pretty good
As long as my foot is ok the next day.
