I told Amy I'd post this here after I found it. This was really good.

http://m.foodnetwork.com/recipes/29730After reading the reviews I used some of the suggestions. I used two cans of tomatoes instead of just one. One was whole peeled tomatoes with basil and garlic and one was diced tomatoes with green chilies. Just because that was what I had. I did NOT use all of that olive oil. I used just what I normally use to roast and sautée.
I added a little extra broth. I didn't add fresh basil because I didn't have any, so I just sprinkled some dry. I bought heavy cream to add to it, but I didn't need to because after I blended it it was already so creamy.
Oh, and I did add some tomato paste at the end and gave it a quick blend. Maybe 4ish tablespoons.
Im on a cooking Fb page and this is the pic I posted last year. I think I'll make this soup again tomorrow.
