7.10am fine and warm 20c
Weather starting to warm up, looks as though we will make it into the 30s
Ran a 7km around Maggies track

10.00am  45 min in the gym

The highlight of my week, watching my grandkids training at Nippers. May get in a swim while I'm there

Last semi exciting, semi long run of 16K before marathon race day on the 14th. 
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

I ran that back in 2003...it wound of being 80 something and so humid you couldn't see through it!

I am not very committed to it: It's 4 loops on a very boring course. I plan to run 20 and walk 10 min. It will be very cold. Long range predictions call for 15 degrees.  No predictions about wind.
