Saturday 1/24/15

Twelve miles at 5:30 am. It was snowing lightly when I left and there were several inches by the time I was done. Treacherous shuffling, inability to see the path, snow in at my ankles, slippery hills. Glad I'm done!

Rest day.   :sleepy:
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Rest day.   40 minute walk in the snow & a little shoveling.

6.00am warm and still humid.
Only had time to run 3km but, surprise suprise, I actually cranked it up to anaerobic threshold.

8.30am picked up four of my junior/youth runners and took them to the Police Paddocks for a hill session. About 50 runners there in all; with 4 coaches (we normally all work in together and set similar programs for the runners of different abilities.)
A group of runners from Japan ran with us 5 boys and 4 girls -- Oh boy, did they set the cat among the pigeons.
