You can use garlic.  Use garlic powder or a garlic press and add it when you sprinkle the sprouts with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper before you put them on the grill.  
I use fresh garlic, s&p, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and red pepper flakes.  Marinate for a bit.
Toss them in a foil packet or a grill pan with lots of holes and grill til they start softening.
