2 mile warm up to the closest baseball field, 4 repeats around it at 4:55-5:00 minutes per mile pace (which is about 20 seconds quicker than my goal 5k pace for this weekend) with a jogging lap between each, and 3ish mile warm down. 6.5 miles total. I was glad to get in some speed work off the pavement and not have to drive to a track.
