10k time trial.
For some reason I wasn't feeling as fast as a few days ago.
Could be allergies from dust at work, also didn't do much warm up.
Anyway, started out with 2:10 to 2:!2 laps and kept it up the whole way.
closed in 1:55, so I had some left.

Longest run of the year, pain free and not too hard.
It was mid 50s, but I still broke a good sweat.
The upper 70s are going to suck later this year.
