5K.  Rain showers cut the run a little short.

2 miles fast. Was thinking about a 10k, but was going a bit too fast.
So decided on a 5k, then the left hammy twinged. Shut it down at 2.
Foot seems fine 17 days after the sprain.
The 4th of july 10k is a go. :runner:
