You must have a regular route because if I'm not wrong, that's a regular distance of yours. Is it trail or asphalt? I've been trying to stay off concrete, and I'd do this trail more, but it's gotten pretty muddy and since I don't like to shower.....:)

18:45 5K today, we had 3 age 60+ guys going sub 19:03 or faster. State USATF champs. I got 2nd, a former miler from Villanova was ahead by 4 seconds. I was gaining over the last km but he had a better kick over the final 250.

I wish we had that competition here. I feel I do better in a pack. 18:45! That's my dream.

It’s on the roads out my front door, a loop. A couple of gigantic hills in the first mile, then flat. A good run.

18:45 5K today, we had 3 age 60+ guys going sub 19:03 or faster. State USATF champs. I got 2nd, a former miler from Villanova was ahead by 4 seconds. I was gaining over the last km but he had a better kick over the final 250.   


Wow! That’s gotta be a sub-15 age-graded!
