Above freezing, but still cold and windy.
Went out for a decent 5k or 4 miler.
Gave up after 1.25.
Walked a bit, then decided to salvage the day with a mile time trial.
1 mile in 7:44.
Not bad for this time of year and how fat I am.
Total of 2.55 miles running, 1.05 miles walking.

NYC Half Marathon in 1:30:23. I was hoping for sub 1:30, but it wasn't in the cards today. Still a PR by 46 seconds, so happy about that.
