Five and a half for me.  I've been rolling my hamstring this week with a rolling pin and it really helps.

I also think that the iron pills I started last month are starting to kick in.  With the same level of perceived effort as just a month ago, I appear to be running faster.

I get ferritin levels rechecked in July. The level they found was a practically non existent 6. Runners should be at least in the 50s. I will be pleased if my running improves without additional work on my part! :p

13 miles.
Beautiful, perfect spring day.  60 degrees, sunny, no wind.  Good pace.  Starting to feel inspired to buckle down on my training now that it's so pleasant to be outside.

Not a damn thing.  I was supposed to run a half today but my knee is sore as hell.  I didn't think it was worth risking a serious injury so I stayed at home and pouted until my wife told me to suck it up and do some lawnwork.

5 miles in just under 44 minutes. Longest run of the year. Pleased with the time.

Apparently new shoes and a new watch do make you faster.

Thought about going for 10k, but my right foot started aching
in the spot that had been injured.

8th week since starting back up, about where I wanted to be.

1 more mile, just because.

Real easy, hammies ached a little.

Just over 22 for the week, best so far this year.

16K easy.  Temps into the mid 70Fs.

Didn't you also recently start taking iron supplements?

I'm wondering if there's an actual thing to this medical science business.
