Got my speed workout in! 1.5 mile warm up, 6 hill sprints at full tilt, 1.5 warm down. I was satisfied with my efforts. It was about 80°F, cloudless sky, and really low humidity.

4 miles. Great weather again. I wanted to do a speed work session but after spending the whole day going to pick up a food concession trailer for my farm I didn't have time.

4.5 miles. The weather was gorgeous, 74°F and sunny and no humidity for once. This weekend is supposed to be more of the same.

Darn yoots! 

Still a great time. Even in my "peak" I just managed a 5:30 mile and almost puked after.

Definitely fast, I haven't raced a mile since I was one of those youth. I guess my memory is better than my legs lol

Ran a mile road race. I got 4:55 but I was shooting for 4:40. Definitely realized that the young bucks have the advantage in mile speed, I got 5th out of 352 but everyone in front of me and the next 6 after me were 18 or younger.
