Running / Sunday August 3, 2025« Last post by kawasa on August 03, 2025, 10:08:17 PM »Got my speed workout in! 1.5 mile warm up, 6 hill sprints at full tilt, 1.5 warm down. I was satisfied with my efforts. It was about 80°F, cloudless sky, and really low humidity.

Definitely realized that the young bucks have the advantage in mile speed, I got 5th out of 352 but everyone in front of me and the next 6 after me were 18 or younger. Darn yoots! ![]() Still a great time. Even in my "peak" I just managed a 5:30 mile and almost puked after. 100
