4 miles race:  didn't plan on racing but an email from my daughter telling me that she and her family were racing sent to a four miler with dead legs.  So, I didn't do well but another 3 generation run went into the archives.

Day off.  The extra hour of daylight will come in handy for upcoming runs.

2 miles in the morning, decent effort.
2 miles at night, easy.

Snow is off the track.
My fitness seems to be 6 weeks ahead of last year.

Shin splints are gone, but have a pain behind the knee.
Hopefully it's just the system adjusting to the work load.
