12 hot & hilly miles. Then I jumped in the freezing cold lake. Ahh...

11 miles, 2 or 3 in walk-jog mode. Chalk it off to acclimating to warmer temps. Yep, that's the ticket.

10 mins dynamic warmup drills
2 sets of 100, 200, 300m sprints @90% max speed
5 x 30m sprints with starting blocks
jog 800m

16K for me. First run in summer like weather.

Volunteered at the Delaware Marathon. it's a nice little race, you all need to come out and run it.
But managed to squeeze in 6 miles on the course.
