Seven good miles with a friend at 5:45 am.
Down to the last of the first bottle of iron supplements. Feel very good and running a bit faster.

2 miles easy. A little achy from last night's run. Nice day out, good jog.

Just weights today

10 miles. Sluggish after a few days off to tend to life and PFish symptoms.

I couldn't lift after,my muscles feel exhausted.

I seemed to have turned a corner.
My easy pace has gone from 9:30 to 8:30.

Lifting on too many consecutive days, I've got a sore spot on my middle upper back.
I've made good strength gains in about 5 weeks, I guess I need 2 consecutive days off from the lifting.

Hard labor. No running
