Gym stuff and 5 miles.
Finally back in the gym after a couple weeks off due to a strained muscle in my chest. All my gym buddies were were wondering where I've been and were getting worried! Awww!

So far so good. No pain today. The powersteps seem to be working well.

Yes, thanks. About 2.5 weeks to go. I have a 10-mile race on Sunday, and the Marathon is two weeks after that.
My goal for the marathon is to break 2:46, which 6:20 pace just does. Unless I have an unexpectedly awesome performance at the 10-miler, that goal will not change.

Those are insane 3 x 3 mile times, I now feel like a tortoise.

Thank you, and thank you, and remember that it's all relative. I'm sure there are some elites who might do 3x3 miles in which each one is under 13:00.
