Title: Saturday 1-30-15

5:30 am, 9 degrees, high winds and blowing snow.  Eighteen is on the schedule. Ran four miles with a friend, and had to walk the last half mile to get home to use the bathroom which was just as well because I was just waiting to wipe out.  Footing was bad. Will have it get the 14 mile rest of the run on the mill later today.

6 miles, bone chilling! On the plus side it was wonderfully sunny, brilliant blue skies.

9.5 in nearly perfect winter weather. Mostly sunny and upper 20s.

25.5K.  Last long run and into taper. 

356.5K or 220 miles for the month.

I got the remaining 14 on the treadmill after running errands and taking care if some kid stuff.  So 18 total for the day but I was very unimpressed with the quality of it all.

10 miles on the treadmill.

The sidewalks are so bad with clumpy frozen snow and ice.  The roads are clear but narrow.    :grr:

planned on running for an hour but it was so cold I ran for 3.5 miles and then walked the rest. I was out for an hour.

I ran too fast last night. My legs feel great, but body and mind are flat.

6.20am. Only 3km around Wetlands Track but pushed the pace all the way.
