A friend just posted these on FB.  By some of the reviews it looks like they've been around for a long time. They look like another fad.
I think I'd break something.
And they are expensive!  :o

FTR, I was not considering getting a pair.  I simply can't imagine bouncing around the neighborhood.  What would the deer think?

That looks like the drunken brainstorm of a bunch of orthopedic surgeons trying to pay for their next boat/plane/vacation/all of the above.
