how many pieces of bacon should I make?  LOL!  I'm making 4  :yikes: for each of us ...

Mmmm.  I recently started buying this apple wood smoked uncured bacon, and I want to have it at every meal.

Who eats less than 4 pieces of bacon at a time?? I eat turkey bacon so I feel a little better about eating more than 3 pieces.

I tend to do 3 each if we are having 2 eggs, 4 each if we are having 1 egg.  I don't know if 1 egg = 1 slice of bacon, but there you have a bit of insight into my psychology around gluttony.
