A lot of grocery stores carry full size quiche in the deli section.  I've gotten them at Publix before.

Although quiche is really pretty easy to make and you can make them ahead and eat cold (or reheat). 
Ellen stole my joy and I want it back!

Here's the final.. Prob too much food and I hope I have the right amounts..27-30 people yo!
Bagels with cream cheese, lox, red onions, capers, tomatoes and cucumbers
A chili egg casserole made with eggs, cottage cheese, Mexican cheese and chilis
Fruit salad mainly melons, pineapple and some grapes thrown in for color
Kugel and knishes being brought by my daughters bf's mom
Veggie platter with dip
Spinach and artichoke dip(!i got the Fridays frozen one I'm lazy)
Dates stuffed with peanut butter and a pecan
Hummus maybe
Peanut butter cookies
Lemon loaf ( being brought by a guest)
Roasted potatoes ( being brought by a guest)
Something bakey( beg brought by a guest)
Left offer desserts hopefully from the day before

Oy looking at it it looks like way too much food!
