I'm a little scared it'll kick my ass I have no idea what weight to start with! Any pointers for figuring that out if I don't have them on hand to try?
I did a kettlebell class last night. It was mostly instruction so not a total killer of a workout. But, I think I'm gonna like it.
Love them. The swing comes completely from hip drive, which translates well into a lot of other activities. It's good shit.
