I made a flourless chocolate cake from epicurious this weekend. It was heaven - http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/La-Bete-Noire-235831And I have a ton of recipes from old Gourmet magazines and I am sure they are online. Also, one of their chefs was Sara Moulton who had a live cooking show on the Food Network 15 years ago or so. She was great and would often cook using Gourmet recipes.
I miss her! (Or I did miss her when we had cable TV.) I actually came across her on our local PBS recently.
She was great! I will have to look at our PBS schedule (I assume we share an affiliate). I did read that she was working for Good Morning America or some other morning show.
And it has ganache! I adore flourless chocolate cakes, but you do have to be a choc lover not to get overwhelmed.
