I started the whole30 yesterday. MUST. HAVE. SUGAR!!!!!!
For the paleo stuff, when mr. cgraz did it, I found that weekly food prep was the key - so have plenty of fresh veggies & fruits cut up and ready to go, and do stuff like grill up a bunch of chicken or something. It definitely helps! (And that's true with any kind of healthy eating plan...)
Must rework my wording, like, that food does not make me feel good when i eat it or that i am just not in the mood for it, instead of villainizing foods. I know in Dr Sear's healthy eating book for kids, he talks about discussing with children how healthy foods make them strong and grow and feel good, vs junk which does not.
