Did a longer Zumba workout last night, probably pushed myself as far as I could go. Some knee pain and ankle stiffness, but no real problems. Not full hour yet, but maybe next week. Still absurdly hungry. Brought a larger-than-usual salad in the hopes of avoiding the snack machines and the ramen cups. Good news: the skirt I wore constantly last summer needs to be taken in about two inches. Time for the tailor!
