Missed my Wednesday run due to an early morning meeting. Back to it today and back in long sleeves, long sweats, hat, and gloves. 32F, but windy so feels like of 28. I ran in shorts on Monday!
Anyway, had to cut my run short at 2 miles due to some calf muscle tightness. I've had issues before as I get back to running with calf muscle strains, so I'm not messing around with it when I feel it. It feels fine now, though a little tight. So hopefully it'll be good for my next run on Monday.
