4km total- 1st mile hike, next 1 k beach run zone 2.
Finish with a one mile down+up big hill repeat at 20% grade and zone 4 coming up.

Cold at 14°F but windchill was relatively mild at 4°F. 12.3K

60 min spin bike this AM, watching replay of World Athletics XC championships from two weeks ago--I was actually there in person but now got to watch the video today.

3.4 miles easy PM, -4 F. Cold but bearable.

Treadmill.

4 miles. It was 12°F out and I just can't get the motivation to head out there when it's under 15.
