A little colder at 39°, but nice and dry with only partial cloud cover. I did a 1 minute/2 minutes high intensity interval run today. Totaled a bit over 3 miles.

Breezy, but tolerable temps for 12.3K.

Not looking forward to the upcoming winter storm and cold.

3.5 on the treadmill. Finally felt pretty good running after a week of weird fatigue.
