Rabbited a 1K Kids run this morning. Then got in 11K in the afternoon.
I guess maybe you “tortised” the 11k then?!

9k mostly trail run.
My three weeknight runs this week together covered almost half my home trail.
Perhaps I will cover the remaining 22k on Sunday!
Met my goal by finishing up the (easier) half of the trail that I didn’t cover last week. But only measured 21k. No matter— I “got r Dunn” and with a much more brisk pace than I’d originally planned as Sunday is my group run and I stayed with the fast group to their (5k turn around, and talked one of the faster guys into the longer distance). Finally let him go around 15k and finished up more chill in mostly zone 2 with a little zone 1.
