I did not get the work out in that I wanted. I was sore to start and didn't think I was going to be up to it but I gave it a go. I ended up with a 2 mile warm up, 2xmile at threshold with 200 meter jog, and about a 2 mile cool down. Total of 6.49 miles. The plan was for 5xmile at threshold but there was just no way it was happening, I started the cool down after the 2nd repeat.
I was beating myself up about it but I live to run another day!
