8.8 miles on Sunday with a tempo. There was a fundraiser for a good cause and my college teammate said he'd so I made a small donation and entered the event. Only 20% of the participants actually ran. 5K. 2 laps around a lake, next to Columbine HS. Wanted to run it as a progression but it was chilly and my breathing hasn't returned to normal since coming back from Sweden last month, and catching covid so just ran tempo effort, 6:33, 6:31, 6:30 pace, HR in the upper 140s. So a good effort. Overall, however, had a kind of a rough week with a sore achilles early on, feeling lethargic/just off/dead legs all week. Saturday (easy 7) and Sunday's tempo were better.
61.5 miles, plus a 25 min session on the spin bike for 9 hours on the week.
