After 43 years of being self-coached I'm trying something new. It's a little different. I didn't do anything new this week, but with more packed in just a few days so my legs are tired.
Today 9 and 3/4 miles with uphill tempo run, starting at 7200 up to 8100' elevation, followed by 8X 45 second @1500-3000 m race effort. So kind of a triple kick in the pants (tired legs, uphill, elevation). I'll get a recovery tomorrow and couple easy days early next week but Sunday will be tough.
