13 at 8:10/mile. I started out slow and worked into about 8:00 pace for the last 10. Wasn't feeling it for a longer run today.

10.75K run this morning. Couple of degrees warmer than yesterday.

Had to cut run short today. Just a bit over two miles at tempo speed.
