10k trail run in one of my favorite state parks. Warm, 25*C. Last long run before next weekend’s 30k race. Tried to mostly stay on plan (moderate building to marathon pace) but had to push the pace “a little” to catch and pass a newbie mountain biker carrying on a long phone conversation on her air pods.
Three bikes passed, zero bikes passed me. I’ll call that a win.
