3.2 miles, during the ring of fire eclipse. We had about 80% occlusion of the sun and temps dropped a few degrees and it was a little shadowy. Pretty cool. First run back following the marathon and I felt it. Hip was sore and quads didn't want to take it.

Led a 3K shakeout run for those participating in the Toronto Waterfront Marathon on Sunday.

Planned on about a 10k, thought about tacking on an extra 8k to “run an errand”, then luckily reconsidered before the point of no return.
Ended up with 9k run for the day (walked 10%) and not too much after effect from the covid recovery.
