Skipped a planned race last month due to an illness and realized this morning I have 5 weeks to get ready for a trail 30k I’m signed up for in November.
So: couch-to-30k plan activated!
I have done a lot of hiking and walking the last couple weeks so I’m not starting from zero. But it has been almost a month since I’ve done anything I’d call “running”.
