Cross country style lap course, got in 10x700 meter laps. Ran a 3 minute “power test”… bettered my target result and got a PR on the lap.
Ran it sub-5:00/km pace, not bad for 16m vert per lap (5% climb to start then leveling off to a 2+% average)
Kind of beat the heat but should have started about an hour earlier, too!
