Just a short brisk walk 2km mostly to test out a new running app. (iSmoothRun)
It worked well enough and I’m going to use it a couple more times to make sure I like it before possibly using it on race day T minus 9 days.

feeling better, in stead of 1.25 miles i went for 1.55 and i survived!

The scientific consensus might, of course, be wrong. If the history of science teaches anything, it is humility. But our grandchildren will surely blame us if they find that we understood the reality of climate change and failed to do anything about it.
