2K morning run to subway, then 10.85K run commute home. Finally some above freezing temps to run in, but a lot of puddle jumping on the sidewalks.

4K morning tempo trail run. 3*C and the ground still partially frozen from overnight was a solid surface despite some moisture.

Pleased with my form and my pace heading in to Saturday’s ultra…
