3.3 miles. Cloudy and nice, 26°.  Then I threw for a bucket of baseballs 90 to 110 feet. Leave for Red Sox fantasy camp in 5 days!

But for now I’m heading north to get away from this warm weather and go skiing for a couple of days.

10k (mostly) flat trail run, easy pace day and ran with a friend who set a distance PR

Gorgeous sunny day 40s-50s F by the time we got out
