8.3 easy but slow miles today, legs tired from XC skiing this week.
2807 miles running this year, 3001 running-XC skiing combined
Saw a couple of coyotes tree a raccoon on my run today.

Pulled a back muscle on Sunday picking up a piece of garbage off my lawn.
Went a gingerly 5K this morning finally.
Almost 3700Ks of running. And 4936K of activities recorded on the Garmin for 2021.

Ran about 4 miles at our running club’s New Years Eve Champagne run. My 18th consecutive! We toast the New Year and run house to house with headlamps.

8km in the light rain on the trail.
Structured “strides” workout and of course my 30 second intervals were timed to correspond with one of the more technical sections. Still got it done fine.
3rd consecutive day running. Legs felt it, but they still did what I asked of them.
