25 minutes plyo, dynamic stretching, sprint drills.
2 x 200m @ 80%. Swirling winds meant that the first 100m was into the wind.
3 x 100m with blocks @80%
2 x 50m with blocks @85%
Jog 800m, static stretching.
Still feel like crap. I think it is a combination of still feeling after affects of the second Pfizer shot, allergies, my new high blood pressure meds, and old age. Just happy to be alive and to be able to go out there and try and run fast.
