Bitter cold below zero windchill and single digit temps. So naturally I had to go check it out and run 3.3 miles in it. It was fine, no big deal.

Cold here too. Just above 0F with the windchill. Took a little hiller route home on the commute for 500 feet of climbing according to my Garmin.

warm spell 8.4 miles with ladder of 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1000, 800 1:00 to 1:30 jog recovery on the track; then 6X 15 sec hill reps - ran in t-shirt and half tights for the workout part

3.2 miles. Dry and nice here with 44° and mixed clouds and blue sky. No wind.

8.3 km afternoon trail run (80% flat terrain)
15*C, 59%RH. Gorgeous weather.
Strides workout today, was doing 7:15/km in warmup and cooldown, and most 30-second splits were sub-5:30 pace with the last one at 4:36.
Tacked on 20 minutes of hike on back end since there was still daylight left!
HR zone 3 for the strides (occasional sub-threshold zone 4). Also got into zone 3 for last few minutes of cooldown as I maintained pace but began to fatigue (or bonk)
Still felt fantastic throughout.
