4.5 km, beautiful sunny 9*C afternoon. Easy pace on a technical trail, not too much elevation change.
Starting to get the hang of better normalizing power on downhill vs uphill vs flat sections.

Nasty cold wind, plus I picked up a plain olde cold. Mostly sniffles and a mild cough. Thought I could avoid your usual run of the mill colds this winter with all the Covid precautions with masks, hand washing and sanitizing. But something got through. Glad it's not the Rona. Symptoms are all above the shoulder, so I can still run, abet slower for this afternoon's 11.6K run commute home.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

3.1 miles. A bit of rain, but mostly dry and 44 degrees F.
