Took a random vacation day and went for an 11 miler at a casual 10 min/mile pace.

I was going to run 65 minutes, but felt so-so (like crap) and work sucks but I had to get back to it, so I did 52 minutes with a pretty good hill segment (300' over about 1.5 miles in the middle). I'll do the 65 minutes tomorrow.

2.75km leisurely afternoon Trail Hike (of which about 750m was at run/jog pace), 36 minutes. 12C, 43%H.
