A or B? Last few months I've been alternating these 3 runs but with off every other day.
Last couple of week I've been swapping in short/EZ runs for off days with no problems so I think I'm ready for this.
Off is actually EZ cycling.
A. Long (10), short/EZ (6), off, Fast/LT (

B. short/EZ(6), Long(10), off, short/EZ(6), fast/LT (
