Delicious way to use cauliflower

We had Cauliflower steaks last night, and I was delighted by the flavors in this!

The pesto would work well on chicken and fish as well.

Oooh! That sounds good! I have some beans in the freezer and some herby sauce leftover from another dish that would work well here.

I've never had success with cauliflower steaks, but this looks good.

I usually roast cauliflower after tossing it with olive oil, minced garlic, and salt... which is delicious.

I will simmer a whole Cauliflower in chicken stock for 10 mins, the. Drain and baste with butter and roast in the oven.

So good!
