Beautiful 14K run this morning, lots of early risers runners and walkers out on a Holiday Monday in Canada.

Well Happy Holiday Northern friends. Down here 93 miles south, there were a lot of runners out too. For me it was an EZ 50 minute day. Had way too much wine last night, so it wasn’t all that EZ though.
